  1. 2 glasses is enough, over doing on water can be more harmful than good for u. defnitely do it though, i've done it for years. even do a bit of lemon juice in ur water, it does wonders but drink with a straw.

  3. It's not an experiment it's called life-preserving water!!! Drinking water is not an experiment it is called one essential part of Being Human! There is no if ands or buts about it drinking water is a part of existing in this universe!

  4. Wow I can do it with 2 cups of water per day but not 4. Usually , I had my my water treatment after I bath in which is around 15min after u wake up will that be fine?
