  1. Have you ever been or thought about a therapist/counselor/job coach? (because I'm sure you have so much time for that with your cleaning business…. ๐Ÿ™‚ ) You give such good advice!

  2. If you have a rude customer do you:
    A: Take their money, do the work and move on to the next job
    B: Clean but spend the entire time playing tapes in your head about how hateful your client is
    C: Confront the client and give them a piece of your mind
    D: Discuss with the client their behavior and set new boundaries
    E: Other
